[OLD] Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Gifts for All of Us, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedures below:

Customized Products (Metal Decor and Custom Designs)

We do not accept returns on custom-made, custom-finished items, or custom artwork design. This includes, but is not limited to custom names and other custom text.

Customized products are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as these items are made to order. Manufacturing time and resources have already been allocated in producing each item as soon as 6 hours from the time an order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
  • For clothing items to be eligible, items should be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at 
  • For any online order returns, refunds, or exchanges, contact our customer service team at ordersupport@gifts4allofus.com or 1-786-664-7402.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email ordersupport@gifts4allofus.com with your Name, Order Number, a Picture (if the item is defective or incorrect), and the reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  3. If approved, a return label will be sent to your email address.
  4. Use the provided return label and drop the package at a UPS facility. Do not send it to the original address or where it was shipped from.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days once the return is received and inspected. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Custom orders for metal signs are non-refundable.
  • Custom apparel, flags, and custom-designed items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers provide the wrong shipping address.


  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced. Send pictures of the item to start the process. If an order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement. If the tracking shows the order was delivered but you haven't received it, provide a claim ID from your local post office for verification.

Returned to Sender:

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped after a shipping and handling fee is paid. If not reshipped, refunds will exclude original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, and include a 30% restocking fee. If the package isn't returned, a 50% store credit is offered.
  • There have been times when packages are refused by the manufacturer or inadvertently destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In any case, in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.

    If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.

Order Cancellation:

  • All of our products are printed on demand for each customer at the time that they order.
  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours after purchase. Exceptions apply to Apparel, Mugs, Acrylics, and Ornaments.
  • Once a metal order is in production at the shop, we cannot cancel it or offer any refunds.


  • Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.

International Orders:

  • For shipments to the European Union, customers have a 14-day return window for any reason, under the same conditions mentioned above.
  • Customs Duties, Tax, and charges for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.

Consumer Rights & Compliance:

  • For U.S. customers: Our policies adhere to the FTC guidelines and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
  • For Canadian customers: Our return and refund policies respect Canadian consumer protection laws.
