HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

FREE Shipping on all USA and Canada orders.
Shipping rates will vary for all other destinations.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metal Art & Canvas orders are made custom to you, and due to the level of care and craftsmanship put into each of them, ship within 1-5 business days. Standard jewelry products ship within 1-3 business days.

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.  This is specifically related to physical items not received within 60 days of purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item immediately.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item immediately.

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you believe your order has an increased chance of being lost or stolen in transit due to a history of such issues, we highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we are unable to replace any orders that have been lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

  • Package Protection coverage is available for purchase at the time of placing your order. Please ensure you opt for this protection if you wish to avail its benefits.
  • Claims must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery. This timeframe ensures that we can promptly address any concerns that may arise.
  • Each eligible item covered by our protection plan is entitled to one replacement or repair. Our goal is to ensure that you receive products that meet your satisfaction.
  • To expedite the claims process, please provide us with a clear image of the defective product. Our dedicated Customer Support Team is ready to assist you and will guide you on the most effective method for submitting images.
